Terms of use

Use of these pages

These pages are general information about the APEX88 lobby and are not betting advice. They describe game formats, banner figures and how common features work, and they do not tell a reader how to stake money. A reader who needs financial or legal advice should ask a qualified professional.

The pages are meant for adults. A person under the legal age for gambling in Malaysia should not use them, and every reader is responsible for following the rules that apply where they live. Nothing here is an invitation to gamble, and nobody should gamble with money that is needed for living costs.

Banner figures and links

Promotion figures are copied from the printed banners at the time of writing and can change. Offers rotate, and a figure shown here may no longer match the banner on a later visit, so the banner and the terms on the account pages are the final word. The date at the top of each page shows when its figures were last checked.

Links marked as sponsored lead to apex88 and help support the publishing of these pages. The marker tells a reader that the link opens the account pages and not an editorial page.

Accounts and agreements

Signing in or registering happens on the account pages, and the terms shown there apply to the account. These pages create no agreement of their own and no obligation beyond the use described above.

The text on these pages may be updated as banners and lobby titles change. Using the pages after an update means using the updated text, and the date at the top of a page shows when it was last reviewed. A reader who disagrees with any statement here can simply stop reading, because nothing on these pages binds anyone.
